Founded in 2020 by Kajal Jha, an entrepreneur and brand consultant, Womanias (also known as Digital Womania) started with a simple but powerful mission: to create a space where women feel seen, supported, and empowered—not just in their careers, but in every aspect of life. Kajal, like many women, faced the realities of a system where women had to work twice as hard for half the recognition. She turned that frustration into fuel and launched Womanias as a platform for women to rise together, share their stories, and support one another.

From day one, our vision has been clear: empowerment that goes beyond words. While it began as a digital platform to amplify women’s voices, Womanias has grown into a vibrant ecosystem that supports women through action, not just inspiration.
