A 16-year-old claimed to have been sexually assaulted aboard a Delhi Metro train while posting a thread on X. Bhavya said that after boarding the train at the Rajiv Chowk Metro station, which was going to Samaypur Badli, he was attacked by another passenger. The teenager said that the event “terrified” him in his now-viral post.
“I was recently attacked at the Rajiv Chowk metro station in Delhi. As a 16-year-old lad, I was riding the subway by myself. He stated, “I’m doing this because folks urged me to post here and tag Delhi police after seeing my initial post on Reddit.
Bhavya discussed his experience and the guard at a metro station who helped him board a different metro safely in the tweets that followed. The teenager said he felt “numb” following the attack and was just waiting for his stop to arrive.
The teenager said that after the man had raped him three times, he “grabbed his hair and clicked a picture of him.” “I was scared and shaking, but I did it anyway,” the child said. I stayed there for a bit after that, and he attempted to dispute, but nothing came of it.
