Mumbai: A piece of a four-story structure collapsed in a slum in Wadala late on Friday, killing at least two women, according to the BMC Disaster Control.

The Mumbai Fire Brigade dispatched a crew there and rescued two people from the debris. They were transported to Sion Hospital and confirmed dead, according to the BMC.
The victims were identified as Shobhadevi Maurya, 45, and Zakirunnissa Shaikh, 50. The rubble is being cleared, and there are no further information about the tragedy’s victims.
