In a chilling case from Waukesha, Wisconsin, 17-year-old Nikita Casap is facing serious charges after allegedly murdering his mother and stepfather as part of a larger plan to assassinate former U.S. President Donald Trump.

According to law enforcement, Casap fatally shot his mother, Tatiana Casap, and his stepfather, Donald Mayer, in February 2025. Prosecutors claim he remained in the house with their bodies for weeks before fleeing the scene with $14,000 in cash, passports, and the family dog. He was later arrested in Kansas.

What has shocked investigators even more is what they found next — a three-page extremist manifesto written by Casap. The document included antisemitic views, praise for Adolf Hitler, and detailed plans involving drones and explosives, allegedly aimed at disrupting the U.S. government and targeting Trump.

Federal officials also revealed that Casap had been communicating with a Russian-speaking individual through TikTok and Telegram, discussing his radical ideas and a potential escape to Ukraine.

Casap is currently being held in Waukesha County Jail on a $1 million bond. He is scheduled to appear in court for arraignment on May 7. If convicted, he could face life in prison.
